During this unprecedented and challenging period, I would like you to know that the care and consideration of our customers, staff and suppliers is our first priority.
We want you to know that we are keeping up with the government legislation regarding precautions needed to prevent the spread of coronavirus both in the workplace and from the workplace to our customers or suppliers. We always have maintained high standards of hygiene but following the outbreak, we have retrained all of our staff in the extra precautions needed at this time.
With the recent government instructions to limit social contact and only leave the home for work, exercise and food, we are now offering consultations and quoting remotely. We can arrange Facetime or other video calls for customers who would like to have a 'face to face' consultation.
We have decided to close our St Leonards office at this time but we are still here, working remotely. If you need material samples these can be sent to you by courier.
We have robust hygiene procedures in place for when we come to your home/site.
Our fitters will follow government guidelines for spatial distancing.
The fitting team will use disposable gloves and bring hand gel with them should running water not be available on site. If water is available rigorous hand washing will be carried out.
The use of Facemask as a prevention measure hasn’t been recommended by the WHO or government, however, if it makes you more comfortable we are happy for our fitters to use these.
We will clean all surfaces thoroughly after fitting.
All cleaning rags will be removed from the site.
