The care and consideration of our customers, staff and suppliers is our first priority.
We are operating with full production and fitting services but measures have been put in place to minimise contact wherever possible. We are providing our usual service including consultations, quoting and providing samples for our valued clients but this should be managed remotely wherever possible.
All of our materials can be viewed online, samples can be sent to your home, and we are offering video and telephone consultations to our clients.
Should a visit to our office be necessary, this must be arranged in advance so that we can put safety measures in place before you arrive. We can arrange to see you outside our premises where you can see slabs and samples, we can only see one person at a time.
We are working hard to make sure we keep our usual fast lead time, however, the implementation of these new safety measures means that this may be a little longer than usual.
We have implemented COVID-19 Construction Industry Site Operating Procedures in line with government and PHE guidelines to keep us all safe.
We want you to know that we are keeping up with the government legislation regarding the precautions needed to prevent the spread of coronavirus both in the workplace and from the workplace to our customers or suppliers. We always have maintained high standards of hygiene but following the outbreak, we have retrained all of our staff in the extra precautions needed at this time.
Our showroom is currently open but we request that our customers visit by appointment only.
We have robust hygiene procedures in place for when we come to your home/site.
Our fitters will follow government guidelines for spatial distancing.
The fitting team will use disposable gloves and bring hand gel with them should running water not be available on site. If water is available rigorous hand washing will be carried out.
We will clean all surfaces thoroughly after fitting.
All cleaning rags will be removed from the site.
