What were the clients specifications?
This client had an extension completed to their home that included this bathroom. The room also incorporated a utility function, with a washing machine and tumble drier hidden in the units.
They needed the room to be in keeping with this traditional property but they also wanted something practical and contemporary.
What did they choose?
This client chose silestone Quartz 12mm Silestone Kensho Volcano finish for the flooring and 12mm Silestone Eternal Classic Calacatta polished finish for the walls, shower, toilet and vanity.
This Quartz looks like Marble, but it is incredibly durable, offering a low maintenance solution for the client.
The cutting of the slabs required planning and skilled execution to achieve the Bookmatched effect throughout the room.
The walls were larger than the slabs so planning the location and position to achieve a continuous veining throughout requires a technical skill and precision.
