Quartz Kitchen Worktops, Upstand & Splashback

What was the process?
We initially met at our showroom for a consultation where the clients were able to see a variety of different materials. We were also able to show full slabs of Marble 2 Marvel’s own quartz at our factory. It is a real advantage to be able to show the whole slab that the client’s actual kitchen will be made from, rather than having to choose from small samples.
We consulted with the client, discussing the different options available in terms of materials, thicknesses, types of cut outs and features.
What did the client choose?
The client chose Marble 2 Marvel’s Bexhill Shimmer which is a durable and high quality material. It is made from 93% natural quartz and all the slabs are even in thickness, making fitting accurate and precise.
The worktops were 20mm thick in our own white quartz that has a very gentle shimmer. Other elements included: 10mm high upstands, 2 polished sink cut outs, 2 tap holes and a set of drainer grooves. We also made 2 chopping boards from the same quartz.
